American Family Field

Home to the Milwaukee Brewers, the city’s Major League Baseball franchise, this 1.2 million-square-foot baseball park has the seating capacity to hold 41,900 guests. It is approximately 13 miles from the airport and is located just southwest of the intersection of Interstate 94 and Miller Park Way.

Getting to American Family Field

Located right off I-94, American Family Field is easy to find and offers ample parking for attending a game. But if you want to avoid driving and immerse yourself in the local culture, there are numerous area restaurants and bars offering shuttles to and from the ballpark. While the safety precautions and restrictions related to COVID-19 are changing regularly, the best option for finding available shuttles is to look at the Brewers website for the current list of approved shuttle providers.

Where to Stay When Attending a Brewers Game

Ease of parking, minimal traffic and availability of shuttles means the actual location where you stay is not your top concern. And for better or worse, there are no hotels within walking distance of American Family Field. Fortunately, most Wauwatosa hotels are within a 5-10 minute drive of the ballpark. So we recommend finding a hotel that is convenient for everything else you’d like to do while in town for a game. Check out our guide on where to stay in Wauwatosa for more details.
