Whether you’re looking for the perfect brunch beverage, happy hour drink, dinner cocktail, or nightcap, we’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite Tosa cocktails to try during your next Wauwatosa getaway.

Don’t just stop at one — assign a designated driver and take your own drink tour around our five dynamic districts to get the full taste of Tosa.

Eldr + Rime

What to order: Reykr Old-Fashioned

A Wisconsin staple, the old-fashioned is a must when you travel here.

Eldr+Rime, which loosely translates to Fire + Ice, puts their own spin on this Midwestern classic with their Reykr (smoke) Old-Fashioned, which features high west American prairie bourbon, Dewar’s scotch, Angostura bitters, cardamom bitters, and Demerara.

Order this cocktail for a drink and a show!

Camp Bar

What to order: Big Ol’ Bloody Mary

Check out Camp Bar in East Tosa for the ultimate Wisco cabin experience and their jumbo Bloody Mary.

Their recipe calls for 22 oz. of goodness with their secret house recipe and garnishes galore — essentially, a meal in a drink! You can enjoy this zesty cocktail on their two-story outdoor patio area, too.

Lucky Joe’s Tosa

What to order: Oaxacan Campfire

The next best thing to camping, Lucky Joe’s Tosa brings the campfire to their local restaurant with the Oaxacan Campfire cocktail.

Torched to perfection, this beverage features Sombra mezcal, birch, pineapple, and lime. Plus, you receive a sweet treat on top: a toasted marshmallow garnish!

Buckatabon

What to order: Hopped on the “Grass”hopper

A Wisconsin supper club-style restaurant in Tosa Village, Buckatabon has a frozen drink menu that is quite the treat.

Located on the ‘Frank’s Frozen Favorites’ portion of their drink menu, the “Grass”hopper is a CBD oil-infused frozen beverage complete with vanilla ice cream, creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and whipped cream — talk about a chill drink.

Firefly Tosa

What to order: Dirty Dirty

Check out this women-owned restaurant for food and drinks that are just as incredible to look at as they are to taste.

We recommend ordering the Dirty Dirty from their cocktail menu. This sophisticated take on a dirty martini is served up with Rehorst vodka or gin, olive brine, dry vermouth, and blue cheese stuffed olives.

Pro tip: Snap a photo before you take a sip — you’ll want to remember this one!

Vennture Brew Company

What to order: Fauxfashioned

Located just outside of Tosa, Vennture Brewing is known for its craft-brewed beers and single-origin coffee. However, they put their own twist on an old-fashioned with their Fauxfashioned.

Try this tasty beverage for a delicious meld of cherry, vanilla, and wood notes from their Barrel Aged cold brew, combined with their in-house Cascara Orange Shrub. It’s also topped up with Trinity Bitters from Bittercube and a vibrant orange peel.

Wauwatiki

What to order: Wilson!

Tropic like it’s hot with island-inspired cocktails from Wauwatiki in East Tosa

Served out of a miniature tiki mug, the Wilson! is filled with bourbon, orange curaçao, falernum, cinnamon syrup, lemon, orange, and bitters. Let this drink transport you to the islands while you enjoy the Midwest!

Cafe Hollander

What to order: The Southsider

Need a little spice in your life? Order The Southsider off of Cafe Hollander’s Bloody Mary menu for a spicy kick on a classic.

Made with Rehorst peppercorn-infused vodka and made-from-scratch bloody mix, this zesty beverage is complete with a pickle, carrot, spicy pepper, and jalapeno-stuffed olives on top.
