Eldr + Rime, whose name loosely translates to Fire + Ice, is a new American, Scandinavian-inspired restaurant that is located in the Renaissance Milwaukee West hotel that offers dinner, cocktails and more. Join Eldr + Rime for “hygge time” which is their take on happy hour. It’s all about being in the moment and letting go of the hectic world around you. They aim to celebrate simple, seasonal ingredients as well as connect with its customers for every meal.

For dinner service on Tuesday through Saturday (4-9PM) during Tosa Restaurant Week, Eldr+Rime will offer the following three-course meal for $45: Harvest Salad (mixed lettuce, roasted butternut squash, dried apricots+cherries, roth moody bleu candied pecans, mustard seed vinaigrette), Faroe Island Salmon (root vegetable hash, door county cherry compote, house-made pancetta, sage, E+R NO. 4 bourbon+cider glaze), and their Signature Chocolate Chip Cookie with Sassy Cow Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert.
